Non steroidal inflammatory inhibitors basically

They inhibit cox1 or cox2 or both simultaneously in body. Whether it inhibit one or both is dependent on how selective or if it is selective at all

Example : panadal / paracetamol = selective to cox 2 iirc

Aspirin = non selective so inhibits both cox 1 and cox 2

Cox 1 is extremely important so don't take anything that inhibits cox 1
