Can’t do heavy lifting for 2 weeks (will depend on region)
4-6 weeks of wearing a garment to prevent 3rd spacing and seroma
Doc said there’ll be considerable swelling and I believe it. Not much right now.

When I show before photos it’ll be obvious but despite being low bf I had birthing tier hip fat storage that was resistant to diet or losing weight.

+ it’s relatively cheap and is more or less a ‘walking procedure. Not much downtime. I’ll be getting other shit done down the road
