Does Rhodiola rosea and ashwaganda makes you NT or cope?

You need to take them over long periods IIRC and the effects are subtle. They're at best a softmaxx but can maybe help if you're borderline NT and just need a light shove. Otherwise you need drugs to ascend true ND hell
