Lol he's kinda coping though. Women don't prefer medium ugly guys - some women choose medium ugly guys because good looking guys won't commit and are not easily manipulated. Women who deliberately go for medium ugly guys have low self esteem or some mental health issues or are jaded from being played by Chads in the past. Women with healthy self esteem and good mental health will choose the best looking guy they can get.
