I am currently 89 kg for 182 cm, almost 10 kg down but pretty low changes in face area at the moment

you need to lose more but in case you dont see changes you could consider buccal fat removal, but just consider that when you're low bodyfat not like all the fatties showcased on the internet

When i see abdominal liposuction in males and the result after is still a fatty belly I think u can't become more dumb than this
