A lot of you retards think being ND/socially inept is some incurable curse from God, but you have to PRACTICE social skills and can get better at them. Sure, you didn't learn how to be extroverted when you were young, that doesn't mean you're permanently fucked, I went from total aspie to being the social chad who talks to everyone in public, is charismatic, and is in friend groups with chads and stacies.
All being NT boils down to is doing the same things extroverted people do. Find a charismatic person you like, either some celebrity or someone you know irl, observe and copy one of their actions (eye contact, nodding along in convo, speaking louder, how they introduce themselves etc), and SEE HOW PEOPLE RESPOND. All you have to do is pretend you're the social chad in your head (this eliminates the anxiety of actually doing the thing), then if people respond well, keep doing it, if they don't, try something else.
"But I'm literally ND, I can't read people's reactions to me." Are you saying you can't observe people's actions and see if they smile or extend convos with you? Are you saying you're fucking retarded? If you're so fucking smart and neurodivergent and high IQ, you can figure it the fuck out. You will get more comfortable with time, don't worry.
TLDR:
- Find a social chad you like and observe a social action they do
- Copy the trait and use it in a social interaction
- Literally imagine you're the chad you're copying if doing the trait feels too anxiety inducing
- People smile at you, respond warmly, keep talking to you? Keep doing it. They don't? Try something else
- Keep practicing, it's a use-it-or-lose-it skill, even for NT people and "natural extroverts"
