They both count. It's inacurrate to say "Well it's 50-50" because life doesn’t work that way and i'm sure studying the prevalence and importance of one over the other would have a decent run

I'd say looks are a bit more important, something like a ratio of 70-30. You could be HTN but talk worse than average and would have more possibilities than the other way around, that's my view.
