Looks are obviously extremely important but it's over if you're mentally maladjusted; you are to be clocked as such immediately and no matter what you ascend to you'll still be mocked and thus undesirable insofar as demonstrated social value. Anecdotally, I've ascended to HTN(actually htn not forum htn) and I can only somewhat do well with girls online on snapchat; conversation there is minimal and literally only looks are evaluated. Otherwise, irl and on irl-adjacent social media(insta etc) the sentiment above applies uniformly.
