I think people overhype shoes when it comes to heightmaxxing. if you wear 3.5cm shoes (which is already pretty thick) assuming the average normie shoe is 2cm, you only get 1.5cm which isn't bad but nothing crazy.

you're not even trying if you don't use lifts. 2.5cm lift + 3.5cm shoe = 6cm. 4cm extra
