My gf wears these weird sandals and they fraud 2.5 inches but it's kind of normal cos foids wear weirs shit and she's not gonna be fucking around in them like guys do, plus they prob cost like £300 or some shit.

No normal shoe will make you look 6'3" if your barefoot height is 6'1", I'll explain why.

6'3" men (meaning they're 6'3" barefoot) are around 6'4" in most shoes. For you to appear 6'3" you'd have to wear shoes that give you 3" of height.
Basically, to look 6'3" in public you have to be 6'4" in shoes. No NT/normie shoe gives 3" of height, that's female high heel territory.
You'd need at least 2" lifts inside boots or high top shoes (probably 2.5" - 3" lifts in high top sneakers as they're probably not as thick as boots.) It doesn't look good, it's hard to walk normally and it's painful.

Air force 1 when brand new are 1.2" thick meaning you still only appear 6'1" to other people because they don't add much more than the average sneaker/shoe. You also can't fit lifts thicker than 0.5" in low top shoes, there's simply no room for your heel so you're limited to 1.5" - 1.75" of overall height in low top sneakers. Again, not much of an advantage.

There's a few exceptions like the air max 720 and air max 2090 at around 1.5" - 1.75". They're probably the thickest sneakers you can buy, but they also look aspie imo and can only be worn by kids. They'd make you appear closer to 6'2".

I always assume those who wear Alexander McQueen sneakers are trying to fraud height. It looks bulky af like clown shoes. Common projects still mog all sneakers but probably don't give you any height lel
