Introduction
I NTmaxxed hard in the past so i have some experience. This might not be a top tier NT maxxing guide but I'll do the best i can.
Part 1: What do i require for NTmaxxing?
You need to be
- At least 4 PSL in looks. You can NT maxx without being 4 PSL minimum. But you will have to accept your place as a potential punching bag. Or you will have to accept that you won't be invited to places much and you will be a second thought. Unless you have insane amounts of charm or are a massive ogre who could beat the shit out of most people, looksmaxx before you attempt to NTmaxx.
- Don't smell bad
- Clean your clothes
- Dress properly, don't dress like a hobo or a migrant
- Groom yourself and have some form of self care. Don't expect to successfully NTmaxx if you have raging acne, messed up hair or bad skin.
- NT hobbies. Don't make it obvious you're incel or a blackpiller. Don't mention non NT hobbies like rotting on games like WoW all day or rotting on reddit. You will be seen as an absolute loser.
- Have no speech impediment falio. Normies are vicious people who will rip you apart if you have a speech impediment. Fix that shit before you try to make friends and NTmaxx
- Be able to look people in the eye during conversation. Practice eye contact before any attempt at NTmaxxing
- HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA. I can't stress this enough. You won't be seen as NT if you don't have an Instagram or snap chat. Making one is free, there's no excuse to not have one.
Part 2: How to make friends? (School edition)
If you're still in school (High school, uni or whatever), making friends will still be easier for you compared to making friends when you're out of school.
Firstly, you need to use any place where you interact with others as a means to meet new people and make friends.
If you're in class and interact with classmates during projects or school work, you can use this as an opportunity to talk to them and find some common ground/common interests (This is why having NT hobbies is so important).
After some days of talking and finding common ground (Like 2 days), you can move onto asking for their social media or asking them if they want to hangout and talk some more during lunch time or after school if they're free. After a week or two of talking and hanging out during free time, this person will consider you a friend.
If you have clubs in your school, join them. This is a piss easy way to gain friends. Joining a club and talking to others who are also seeking friends only results in success for you if you want to NTmaxx. In these clubs all you do is talk to others and do stuff with others, this is an easy way branch out. I'd recommend joining clubs based around video games. All you'll do in that club is talk and play games.
Join a sports team if you can. You can build connections and friendships with your teammates during practice and after practice. If you're not absolute trash, people will be receptive to you. The better you are at the sports you're playing, the bigger the halo effect you will have.
Part 3: How to make friends? (Out of school edition)
If you're out of school, making friends will be much harder for you. However, it's still somewhat possible.
Firstly, you need to branch out at your place of work. Talk to your male co-workers during break time and interact with them when you have to work on a project together. Get their social media and contact them for if they want to hangout during the weekend outside of work (At a bar or something).
Or alternatively, you can volunteer at a church, or soup kitchen or shelter and make friends with the staff and people volunteering alongside you. I did this during the summer and the people at the church i was volunteering at became very fond of me despite me not talking much. Just make sure to groom yourself somewhat, not smell and act NT. Ask the people working alongside you why they're volunteering as a means of sparking a conversation.
Joining a golf club, adult sports team (like sunday league soccer) or volunteering for a political campaign are good alternative methods of making friends aswell if you're out of school.
Part 4: How to hold a conversation?
Being able to actually hold a conversation is a major part of NTmaxxing. If you can't hold a conversation and you're aspie, don't expect to make any friends.
You need to look people in the eye during a conversation. As i said before, practice this. There's guides on YouTube and the internet that can help you with this. You need to be calm and have a clear head during a conversation, don't be fidgety. If you genuinely have anxiety and high inhibition, there's drugs that can help you. Phenibut is one im pretty sure (I could be wrong). If someone knows a low inhibition drug stack, PM me or mention it in this thread.
You also need to actually be invested into the conversation. Don't be a robot. This is why you can't fraud interest in NT hobbies. You need to invest some actual time into them. This will give you the knowledge and interest to carry the conversation. Don't say random or stupid shit during the conversation either. Everything you say must be relevant to the conversation you're having with somebody.
If you want to change the topic of the conversation, you must do it smoothly. To do it smoothly, you need to not continue the previous topic you were talking about and ask the person you're talking to what they think of the subject that you want to transition to. Once they start talking and are giving their view, you have successfully changed the topic.
DO NOT let anyone speak over you. If you do, you're inviting them to walk over you and not respect you. On the other hand, don't talk over others. They won't like it. They won't view it as dark triad either, most people will see you as an asshole. Unless you look good, you won't get away with this and people won't be receptive to you.
Part 5: How to maintain friends?
This is the second most important part. This is also where i fucked up after i NTmaxxed in 2015. If i knew how to maintain friends i wouldn't of even found this forum.
You need to not get cozy. If you get friends, get cozy and start doing stupid shit, they will leave you. They won't stay and certainly won't feel bad about leaving. Make sure to stay NT or at least maintain the image of you being NT. Be interesting and have something to bring to the conversations you have. Don't become a robot. people will say you've become dry. I Did this and even foids said i no longer was a fun guy

Don't become a weakling either, don't get attached. Don't trust your friends. Most people will exploit weakness when they smell it. You have to stay strong and not show vulnerability. Don't EVER tell your niggas about issues you have. They will use it against you if you guys ever start beefing with each other. They will also talk behind your back about how much of a weak bitch you are.
Don't speak unless you have to. Don't be quiet but at the same time don't be obnoxious and loud. The more you talk, the more chance you have of slipping up.
If they shit test you, don't be mad or throw a fit. Ace their shit tests by slinging some back at them. If they're bantering with you, banter back. You also need to be able to differentiate banter between serious insults. If they're just poking fun by saying shit that isn't serious like making tiny jokes about your flaws, you don't need to worry.
If they start roasting your flaws extremely hard and are aggressive, leave the friend group and ditch them. They don't respect you. Alternatively, you can beat the shit out of the person whos disrespecting you. You can also roast the person whos disrespecting you extremely hard and go all out on their flaws. They will learn to not disrespect you.
If your friends are talking shit behind your back, leave. You can't salvage that friendship. If you stay cool, don't talk too much and don't mention things that shouldn't be mentioned, they won't have much ammo to talk shit about you with and you will avoid this scenario.
Part 6: Multiplier effect?
NTmaxxing has a multiplier effect. If you present yourself as a cool, interesting person, it's more likely that the word will spread about you. People you don't know will hear good things about you and be receptive towards you if you approach them as a friend. This happened to me after NTmaxxing.
This is why you have to be strong. This is why you have to have a cool head. This is why you have to groom yourself and looksmax to 4 PSL. If you look like a normie who takes care of himself and has no record of saying bad or stupid shit, the word that gets around about you will only make people think good things about you or be indifferent. No one will hate you. Not even people who hate everyone and have shit lives.
Part 7: Going to parties and hanging out
If your friends aren't asking you to hangout or go to parties with them (that's if they get invited to parties themselves), you aren't fully NTmaxxed. If your friends genuinely like you, they'll take you with them to places.
If you notice that your new found friends don't take you to anything, ask if they wanna go anywhere or do anything. If they say no but you find out that they go out with their other friends, either ditch them or try to improve the friendship by getting closer to them and talking to them more.
Part 8: Information
As i said before, people are nasty and vicious if they have to. It's human nature. Do not tell any friend about your info, even your best friends cannot hear about your problems. You however should extract info from your friends. No one said the world is fair.
You have to extract info from your friends when they're vulnerable. If they're facing problems, "Hear them out". Give them solutions and document all the sensitive info they give you. Promise not to tell anybody but break that promise if they start to seriously fuck with you. They will subconsciously know that they can't mess with you because you have their info. This is what we call, "leverage". Having leverage on all your friends results in you being less likely to be fucked with.
If you spill your information and reveal non NT tendencies, people will no longer think you're NT and your cover will be BLOWN. They will tell others about your secrets. Trust nobody.
Ending
Do all these things and you will likely be seen as NT. If you're a genetic dead end, don't even bother with NTmaxxing, people will laugh at you and be hostile towards you.
Looksmaxxing and NTmaxxing will make you ascend and be able to leave PSL. Both are vital.
This was my NTmaxxing thread attempt, i'll follow up with a better thread next year once i go on my second NTmaxxing cycle in september.
