Aight how did a completely socially inept aspie (me) go from zero social interaction to completely in the flow state in every conversationi have,
This is just a basic guide for now, in any case however, lets start with some fundamentals.

Out gut brain axis is very closely related to our neuro-inflammatory markers in our brain, so lets start with our gut:
Gut Section:
Just as a side, there isnt a single aspie/autist with a proper functioning and healthy gut and microbiome. i.e. gut health is going to be extremely important in your NTMaxxing journey.
FOODS THAT ARE GOOD AND FOODS THAT ARE BAD: Starting basic with this one, Gluten and Casien from milk are know to be the most inflammatory for aspies and cause the most expression in their autism. For me i went on the GAPS protocol; look it up its what i went one (those who follow are going to see some real improvement just from that).

I strongly advise you take BPC-157 inject or capsule, if your injecting it has to be in the gut area as it works locally, as this is going to be for fixing your leaky gut and poor gut lining, and only once that is fixed can we move on to pre and probiotic foods and supplements. There is better information on gut health out there just do your research im just pointing you in the right direction

Drugs Section (list of drugs/peptides):
PeptideRole
NAP/NDP-MSHSmall neuropeptides that protect neurons + enhance repair
MOTS-cMitochondrial peptide → metabolic flexibility + inflammation modulation
Melanotan II (MT2)Boosts DHT/testosterone, mood, sensory tuning (ASD benefit, but use with caution)

Selank

Anxiolytic (reduces anxiety)
Improves social cognition, memory, learning
Non-sedating, GABA-mimetic effects

Dose: 200–400 mcg intranasal, 1–2x daily
→ Especially helpful during overstimulation or transitions

Semax (possibly with P21)

Improves focus, executive function, and working memory
Increases BDNF — supports neuroplasticity
Improve emotional regulation and task shifting

Dose:
200–600 mcg intranasal, 1–2x/day
→ Often cycled (e.g. 5 days on, 2 off)

IGF-1 LR3 (for advanced use only)

Supports neurodevelopment and synaptic plasticity
Help with myelination, sensory integration, and growth

Dose: 30–40 mcg/day, post-workout or AM, 4–6 weeks
→ May pair with GH secretagogues if looking to frame and heightmaxx

Supplements Section

SupplementBenefit
L-TheanineEases sensory overwhelm, enhances alpha brainwaves
Magnesium glycinate or threonateCalms CNS, supports deep sleep
Omega-3s (DHA-heavy)Brain membrane fluidity + anti-inflammatory
Inositol (Myo)Modulates dopamine + serotonin signaling
QuercetinHistamine + mast cell regulation
Probiotics (L. rhamnosus GG, B. longum)Gut-brain axis balance, improves mood
Zinc + B6Cofactors for neurotransmitter enzymes
Vitamin D3 + K2Immune regulation + neuronal function
NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine)Supports glutathione, reduces irritability in some ASD profiles
GABA (if not producing well endogenously)Supports calming tone, especially with L-theanine

Red Light Therapy if we can call that a supplement is also quite good for austim, plenty of studies, just trust me bro i cant be fucked to source them rn.
Also methylene blue (forgot to add)

Peripherals Section:
Pretty much just using neurosteroids to impact behaviour, i.e. human pheromones, Liquid Alchemy Labs has quite a good selection, there are other good brands as well. Personally for me the best one i have found for not being an aspie is Hypnotica social: https://royalpheromones.com/products/hypnotica-social-pheromones
As well as wolf, in their reviews there have been a few aspies praising for its self effects. - also these pheromones will actually help you fuckers attract real life girls!!!???

This is just a basic guide for now im planning to make a MUCH more in depth guide but its nearly midnight rn and i need sleep, another crucial aspect as well it going to be your circadium rythm and sleep.

Any question tho i pretty much have an answer for regarding this topic.
