NTs, how did you learn how to decieve people?

As an ND I have to be honest cuck or I’ll get caught out immediately, I’m incapable of frauding or lying to get my way. Which sadly means I never get my way or get anywhere. Just stuck in the same place

How long did it take you guys to build this skill and how did you do it. How do you avoid getting stressed out, lacking ideas when put on the spot etc

honestly my mom taught me how to lie and ever since then im just able to lie to anyone on the spot

It’s not something learnt

And it’s not something morally correct unless it’s a white lie, and you’re not missing out on a lot if you can’t white lie.

There is a virtue to lying, it can push you forward and put you in a position to do genuinely good things compared to being held back by excessive honesty

of course but that’s usually not the case, and OP seems to have a very ‘The Prince’ view of lying and deception so I don’t know much I trust him when it comes to that

I wouldn’t say that…but there’s definitely strategy involved in using a degree of deception

As an ND it takes a lot of time to fraud and practice this sort of behaviour, just practice doing white lies/lies about something small in conversation that wont be asked about
