you obviously didnt read what I wrote or don't understand. if your only goal is "slaying" aka meaningless sex then yes status/moneymaxxing is better than getting a ton of surgeries however for a successful ltr you need to atleast be htn (maybe mtn if your truly a good partner and so is your equal) however for majority of people regardless they wont ascend thru surgeries (maybe a small minority with a good base) not to mention some surgeries are so expensive you're still better off saving ur money and investing it elsewhere unless you know for absolute certain the surgeries will ascend you a few points
