The plan is to spam lateral raises everyday, in the morning 50 reps and at night 50 reps w 2 kg, not to fatigue the muscle, but stimulate it
I will progressively overload with 100 reps later on, then move onto 3 kg w 50 reps, then 100 reps. Then 4 kg w 50 reps etc…
The goal is to have an extremely over developed lateral delts for frame
