Theory:
People aren't meant to wear clothes. Clothes can cause hormonal imbalances, immunity issues and even morphological changes.
1. The skin is an important organ for expelling unwanted substances from the body. Clothes, especially synthetic ones, will impair this function, thus resulting in a chemical imbalance.
2. Furthermore, skin not being exposed to common irritants may create insufficient immunity and result in allergies.
3. A person not being fully used to the sight and feel of his naked body may result in hormonal imbalances and noticable psychological effects. In other words not being in tune with the organism as a whole.
4. And lastly, tight fitting clothes can limit bloodflow and natural expansion of tissue. Tight underwear, for example may limit/slow/skew the growth of penis and testicles.
Guide:
You should generally spend as much time naked as possible.
1. Sleep naked. Ideally in natural bedding and with an open window in summer.
2. Don't wear underwear when you don't have to.
3. When you have to wear underwear, wear loose boxers.
4. Try to swim/sunbathe/excercise/go im rain/go in snow/get dirty/... while naked to expose your skin to irritants and develop a naturally stronger immune system.
5. Go beyond clothes. Don't use any cosmetic products. The only thing you need on your skin is hair. Realistically, you can get away with only using a natural shampoo, an alum stone as deodorant and pure alcohol for aftershave. I can confirim you don't need anything else. No shower gel, no creams, no perfume or other xenoestrogen shit.
If you find you miss some of these items, try to substitute it with natural animal products, such as lard, urine, sperm, blood, or eggs. Trust me, they work.
5. Get used to your body. Be in tune with every inch of it. Know how to control every single muscle you have. This will help you be aware of your physique and indirectly improve it.
Take off your clothes, bruh.
