So I was fucking around and read the classic BOTB thread that we all know about for reference

Basically OP smeared his teeth in hydrogen peroxide and put a UV light on it for around an hour.
If anyone here likes nigger shoes like Air Jordans or collects old / retro electronics. You'd be very familiar with this process as it is also called Sole icing / Retrobriting. this works on plastics, sheath materials, etc. Sunlight / UV light cures and whitens it by breaking down oxidation. Which also works with teeth. the UV light / grow light is key
Anyone could have doubts on OP's guide as it requires you to buy strange / unknown chemicals and it is risky, also that the gel has too high concentration which is not safe. The thing is nowadays even companies like philips sell the exact same kits to do this at home

Back to my theory. This shit is overpriced and costs over 300 bucks. I know that normies and many people on here use those Crest 3D strips that make you ritually pay them 50 bucks a month or some dumb shit and you have to use it for forever and see small results and burn cash. So I researched them.
Once again their primary whitening agent is also hydrogen peroxide.

>Crest 3D Whitestrips use hydrogen peroxide concentrations ranging from 5.25% to 14%,
They simply use lessened amounts on less time to avoid prolonged break down of oxidation and UV light temperence / irritation as this shit stings.
I believe, and i've seen a few people accidently leave them in during the day. And it may make their teeth sensitive. but it makes them whiter too.
If we combined the idea. I believe if you used a simple uv light or walked with these strips out in the sun for say, 10 minutes max a week. Youd get more than opitmal whitening. Minimalize UV exposure, minimalize gum damage as you can cut the strip which is designed to not touch your gums anyway.
Youd at most spend 50 bucks, 30 for the strips and 20 for the grow light
How I WHITENED my teeth BETTER than a DENTIST +*PICS*
I used to have yellow teeth. My teeth were so yellow that some girls would point it out. This is strange, because I have always maintained top-tier buccal hygiene; therefore I thought I just had shit teeth genetics and cried myself to sleep every night knowing that I'd never get that...
