You have to assign one action to one country, can't nuke them all. When I say nuke, I don't mean Hiroshima them I mean you literally turn the country/continent into a nuclear wasteland and erase all genetic info inside of it. When I say subvert, I mean literally Japan levels of pornographer consumption/100% female government, etc. If you befriend a country/continent You can't betray them in your lifetime. Your alliance will empower them and you'll have to live with that. You can have whatever motives you want but I assume most will try to better the gene pool and ascend the human race
