Just go 20mg isotretinoin.

and Dutasteride which is unironically the best thing for skin on Test since DHT will upregulate sebaceous glands = more oil and sebum production = more acne

Just go 20mg isotretinoin.

20mg is perfect for mod. acne, but if you have like really bad acne you should stick to 40mg

but yea 80mg is overkill just fucking lol

Is there a real difference on skin effects re Fin vs. Dut? If so, will replace Fin @leso

Get on Dutasteride ASAP. It’s the best looksmax drug, especially for us roiders.

The main reason for Dutasteride is it also blocks the type 1 isoenzyme as well as type 2 isoenzyme.

Finasteride blocks only type 2 isoenzyme.

Type 1 isoenzyme being inhibited is what will stop your elastin from being eviscerated and stop the up regulation of sebaceous glads which will make you ridden with acne.

Finasteride may halt your hair loss on Test, maybe, but does nothing for preventing the detriments to your skin that are unrecoverable afterwards. So prevent it from being raped in the first place.

I’ve not had a single spot on my face after the introduction of Dutasteride.

Ideally 2.5mg ED for max suppression.

yes you will most likely have faster results on a higher dose, but the side effects will be drastically more severe, including the purge. however you have already surpassed the best roi for 99% of people which is 20mg. i would only increase it if you have a really unique situation

Holy shit my skin is absolutely fucked. Cystic acne, ingrown pimples from accutane. Is this the purge? Fucking hell
