You should keep your E2 as high as possible up until you get mental/physical consequences. When I get overly horny with bad erections or start feeling pissed off Ill start lowering it. The extremes of high E2 are worse than Low E2, however running above average/slightly high E2 is key to feeling good. Last year like the uneducated retard I was I took 2.5mg letrozole once and felt fucking DEPRESSED next morning with joint pain and everything. was not worth it and made me realise how important estrogen is. people don't realise these are CANCER medications.
