Several studies have examined the cognitive effects of letrozole and found little evidence of significant impairment. In one set of trials, children considerably younger than you received daily letrozole treatment for several years and were subsequently assessed for cognitive outcomes; no significant cognitive deficits were detected

Another study evaluated cognitive function in postmenopausal women using letrozole and likewise found minimal evidence of cognitive impairment. While some cognitive changes were observed, multiple confounding factors may have contributed to those findings. Importantly, the study did not include a comparison with healthy, untreated controls, so its results should be interpreted cautiously and not overgeneralized.
