Seeds are full of omega 3 healthy fats which are they key building blocks of hormones
Eating seeds>eating any raw liver, butter, eggs etc because they're cheap (because they're healthy and they care about you having easy access to healthy food) so you can eat a ton and get superhuman test
I recommend 2 kilograms of seeds every day for optimal T levels
