I live a normal life like anyone else. I have some leadership functions here and there in real life. I don't feel successful, quite the opposite.

I enjoy it here and I like the community with ups and downs. You could say it's harder than ever because the forum is at it's peak traffic wise, but still pretty easy and fun.

Hope all gets better for you in the future then, feeling successful is a very hard task and an endless battle, but eventually after all the hard work, you do start feeling the comfort of it.

I never try to intentionally DNR/ghost users, if I end up doing it, it's usually purely accidental. Users should never feel bad for reminding me to respond because sometimes I forget.

But I do agree the staff can be soft. They're all very polite but direct, the interests they have is really enjoyable to learn about and so on.

For some reason users just interact with me more on other platforms than .org. I actually try to be playful here and to respond but the things people "joke" about with me on here are not actually funny, it's always moderation related or something along those lines. I imagine it's the same with the other staff where most of the stuff they get tagged in are not playful or sincere.
