This single fact fucked up my IQ, personality, height, health in relation to my relatives. My twin sister had double my weight at birth and has an IQ of 135, incredible 20 points above mine and only just below my dads.
95% of your development is entirely dependent on genetics, your circumstances while in the womb and your parents early life parenting behaviour.

Females develop faster in the womb, which is why they are at a lower risk for developmental abnormalities in such cases. I was 1400g, she was 2650g. Birth weight is used as a proxy for prenatal development and this discrepancy is huge.

Your birth weight is more important. You can be premature and still have sufficient birth weight and size. Hence good development. 1 month is still ok and should not decrease your potential substantially.
Also your parents can diminish the damage by sufficient care and more engagement with the child but my parents just did not give a fuck. Unfortunately both worked 24 7 due to my grandpa fucking them up financially.

Yet they trace their real life success solely to their hard work. Like as if he would have graduated in electric engineering with 1,0 just because of hard work. I could not understand that stuff as accurately to safe my life, even if I engage myself for several hours daily.
The mad thing is that as a twin, the developmental circumstances or rather differences do not count a bit, only the results do and you will constantly be compared to your twin and grow up feeling insufficient.
