i devised this diet on my own reading pubmed studies on protein restriction in mice
I’d tell you to just stick to the basics and what’s proven to work for looksmaxxing, but you wouldn’t take that advice seriously. Tell us how the 0 protein diet goes bro😂😂😂

I’ll continue to use tried and tested methods to improve my looks and health, which are working for me and have worked for countless other people, you do you and waste time with the “esoteric”(schizomaxxed) approaches and see what happens. What usually happens when you try coming up with your own totally out there never done before methods rather than following confirmed to work ones is your results are far worse. Look up “Ivan Djuric Squat everyday” on youtube, he’s a guy who made his own gym routine that involves squatting every day with no emphasis on isolation work, and see how he’s built after 8 years in the gym compared to the average kid who lifts 1 year on some push pull legs/bro split with intensity and tracks his macros.
