Nutrition is the should be your biggest focus when growing up, jfl a saying diet is cope. Just turned 18 use this.
I'm currently doing a stack of peptides and Mk-677 to heightmaxx without spending the small fortune on real HGH. My protocol is directly copied from more plates more dates and works fucking amazing, I'm hungry al the time and this is good for putting on muscle and heightmaxxing.
Current protocol:
2500mcg CJC-1295 DAC subQ inject before bed – Monday & Thursday (5000mcg – 5mg total per week)
25mg MK-677 before bed every day
200mcg HUPERZINE A taken 3x per day (600mcg total)
You CANNOT only take this and expect to grow taller your diet, sleep and lifestyle needs to be on point.
Your diet should be high in quality animal foods, and focus on getting al the vitamins and eat in a caloric surplus.
breakfast 8:30
- 4 organic eggs from my local farm (organic is important, jfl americanscels with a shit food supply), the eggs are baked in organic ghee, with 100g local grass fed bacon.
- Guacamole for the testosterone boosting effect onions and garlic has.
- Large glass of raw organic milk (250ml)
- supplements, vitamin k2 170mg, cod liver oil, magnesium, boron, ashwaganda.
pre workout meal 11:30
- organic oatmeal with 500ml of raw organic milk and blueberries
- organic banana
- orange juice 250ml
post workout meal 13:00
- organic full fat meat like ground beef/ribeye/lamb 300g with 300g of organic sweet potatoes with lots of butter.
- 100g tuna with a salade
- Sandwhich sourdough bread made with organic 150g dutch Gouda chees (high vitamine k2 content, that's why we are so tall)
Snack
- Bone broth and a protein peanutbutter shake
Lunch 15:00
- Sourdough bread with raw organic 250g beef tartare (raw egg + raw ground meat + onions + musterd etc) all organic
- 2 Herring (Dutch wild caught fish wich blows every other fish out of the water in terms of nutrition)
- raw or organic yogurth 250ml with a kiwi
Dinner
- 150g of chicken liver as a side dish followed by a large steak 400g with rice and broccoli.
- 1 Kiwi with 250ml of raw or organic yohgurt
- A protein shake.
- take magnesium and ashwaganda for a better night sleep and go to bed at around 23:00
