for the summer (and hopefully for the rest of my life) im gonna meal plan especially now since i need to test and hgh maxx. does anyone have their meal plan they can send so i can see whats good and whats not also drop ur supp stack

raw muscle meat, raw liver, raw brain, and raw milk

+ raw blood if you can source it

sounds disgusting at first, i know, but it's the natural human diet and therefore gonna be the best for your hormones and growth.

Current cut daily intake
1 chicken breast ~170g
6 eggs
30g peanuts
2 bannanas
50g spinach
1 kiwi
200g lentils
300g 97% ground beef
(all weighed out dry/raw)

total macros
2273 cals
236g protein
65g fat
134g carbs
total price ~$15

I split these however I feel like in a day but typically chicken and eggs in the AM with fruits then beef greens and lentils in the PM. Hits the all necessary vitamins/minerals some potatoes could be added for more potassium.

definitely at least raw liver and blood. Raw milk mixed with blood like the Samburu tribe and raw liver is the greatest food (nutritionally) on planet earth.

When you say HGHmax and test max do you mean trying to boost it naturally thru diet or pin?

I’m pretty sure I boosted my HGH with diet but can’t gurantee it will work for everyone

That boost you get from diet isn’t significant enough to cause major bone growth

i’ve been on ts for a while but I have at least 1 grass fed steak a day and more importantly ONLY EAT REAL FOOD. like if you saw it’s source could you make it from hand? (you could get a steak, you could pick berries, churn milk etc).

cut out foods that are unnecessary and replace them with actual versions. i just eat a fuck ton of fruit which was my replacement for snacks like chips.

0 added sugar is the WAY. TO. GO. all eating sugar does is make you want to eat more + cooks your collagen and bloats you. eat natural sugars.

Here’s a list of essentially every food that my diet is comprised of:
- Grass fed steaks
- Chicken breast (skinless boneless)
- Berries & Fruits
- Yogurt (typically whole, sometimes i’ll get the Oiko stuff which is fat free)
- 100% dark chocolate
- honey (Manuka)

stuff that i make occasional exceptions for:
- bread
- alcohol
- peanut butter
- 0-sugar cereal

Don’t half ass it or it’s too easy to slip. just stay dedicated lol i’ve been doing ts for nearly 2 years now it’s easy
 
you’re 100% correct i literally agree completely but here’s my problem. im 16 so I can’t just pay for my food everyday so obv my parents will pay but i cant make them buy me steak every day 😭. I want to meal SO bad and im almost there can i dm u my meal plan or i can js send it here lmk how it is?

simplified, don't listen to the stupid raw foods advice. its bs cope that doesnt do shitall. eat meat, eggs, and other "natural" foods. if craving sugars, fruits are great. avoid starchy foods like breads and pastas but don't completely cut them out, just reduce them (EX: instead of getting a normal burger at In&Out, get the protein style so it doesn't have the bread. simple stuff like that). AVOID processed foods like candies, sodas, etc.

other people in this thread gave much more thorough advice but i decided to reply anyways lol

Miserable. Cnt do low carb or im perma in a bad mood. What do you weigh? I think it might be because of my muscle mass from using roids for so long it just pushes me into ketosis really quick (I get ketone breath really quick)

carb sources :White rice, Potatoes , Oats (pasta and bread are demonised but aslong as u get gd quality not bad).

Lean protein sources : low fat ground beef, tuna, Chicken breast, Egg whites, low fat greek yoghurt (and some other low fat dairy fine).

Healthy fat sources: Avocado, Nuts, Salmon ( or oily fish in general) plus some eggs are okay.

Then you need fibre especially soluble (which is why oats are good) because it reduces absorption ofdietary cholesterol in you gut so you need vegetable's

Then you have to mix and match and just find flavourings/mixes u like. Like I can eat just tuna, white rice and sriracha allot I like it so much. Or oats, with low fat greek yoghurt and protein powder mixes well as well. Try out different spices/flavourings on food and vegeatables mixed with diff meals to see what you like.

If you want to use test and hgh id throw in some junk food to get calories up though (unless you're super skinny already). Most people cant eat enough to bulk eating totally clean.

Eat lots of meat, chicken, beef, turkey doesn’t matter any meat try to eat like at least 15 ounces a day and obviously don’t eat too much high fat stuff unless your bulking.

sounds like im on the the right track then i got all of that down already, thanks 🙏. I ain’t touching junk food i can prob get leaner too lean is law but motherfuckers are starving themselves to do it and fucking it up I’ll play the long game

203 6'3 as of this morning
load carbs before legday usually 300-500g of potatoes
Just started the cut so I still feel relatively fine.
 
Nutrition is cope
 
Any advice other than a carnivorous diet is shit and unnatural.
