jfl all these months i had 0 dopamine and now after supplementing everything i get random spikes whenever i think about simple stuff from the past or nature or some bs

take ur vits niggas and also do nofap, eat enough protein, calories and healthy fats for T

Your body would adjust and you will feel like shit again. As long as you're not severely underweight or overweight, wouldn't do shit. Unless all you do is eat candy.

i had surgery in november and only ate 1000-1500 calories a day and that was mostly of complete garbage (bakery candy stuff)

but i didnt have dopamine spikes for many months now

shoulder was fucked from a fight i had years ago

i didnt rly have problems unless i lifted weights, always had a lot of pain after doing many importanz exercises so i got it fixed and on the road to recovery now

I'm gonna eat spaghetti with meat sauce, mushrooms, spinach, cheese etc. when I get home and I know I'll feel better for it! If I didn't eat then I would be lethargic and on edge for the rest of the day.

some multivitamin from amazon (its callef a-z nutrition for men or smth) and vitamin d 10k ui a day + 200mg k2

but i also make sure to get to at least 80-100g protein and 50-60g healthy fats
