srsly i had shoulder surgery in november and ate like shit for 2 months, i had 0 libido, could only get 80% hard, felt depressed and shit, didnt have any dopamine at all

then i started eating more fruits, nuts and vegetables, supplement vit d, zinc, mag, k2 etc.

and now my libido is crazy high. i shoot huge loads into my gfs mouth, i can fap 2-3 times a day if i want to, im motivated, going for walks, cleaning my house etc

nutrition is the key to healthy testosterone. dont even need to lift weights or inject or anything to feel like a man again

no, some are made from amino acids.
It’s not black and white

Amino acids bind to make protein, that is in DNA and DNA is in all cell. Are you retarded or something

Which ones? I’m sure they’re ancillary hormones like ik l theanine probably increases 11 b hsd and through that decreases cortisol etc but they upgregulste /downregulat enzymes rather than manufacture hormones straight forwardly

adrenaline, serotonin, norepinephrine and melatonin, those are just some examples.

it's mostly the sex hormones that are derived from cholesterol.

most of the neurologically important hormones are made from peptides and amino acids.

Yea but serotonin is more of a neurotransmitter and the amino acids that increase its accumulation such as methionine cysteine tryptophan do so in very indirect ways. Only tryptophan for eh could be called a direct precursor and only a tiny bit of it is manufactured through tryptophan in the diet ( ie in the brain) - 90 percent of it is manufactured in the gut. Melatonin depends more on light cues and norepinephrine is notably more cycardian dependent than diet. Only tyrosine ( precursor to dopamine) can you say heavily influences. Gelatin can reduce cortisol as well but it’s like I said through enzyme manipulation than as direct precursors.
