The age old cope has always been "it's all genetics broooo", wrong. Height is not just genetics, yes your genes play a significant role but that doesn't mean you are restricted/limited by them.
A common response to anyone saying there's a lot more to height than genetics is someone responding "i'm 6'0 and i barely ate or slept during puberty" and this is somehow supposed to refute the argument when that's not the case at all.
Genetics determine your baseline. If your genetic baseline is 5'9, you can very easily be 5'6 or 6'0. A 3 inch deviation either way from your baseline. What determines the deviation? Nutrition, Sleep, Environment, Oxygen (mother breathing more oxygen), your mothers nutrition during pregnancy + optimal hormones and being breastfed instead of formula.
I know you've all seen many guys who are like 5'11-6'0+ while his parents are short, his dad probably 4-5+ inches shorter than him. Why is he so much taller? the cope response here is that it's due to his grandfathers genetics but this again is just cope and grandfather is almost always short aswell. The reason is simple, the guy grew up in the west and had better nutrition, sleep, environment, etc. His mother who likely was pregnant with him in the west also had better nutrition. During puberty he likely ate a lot of meat/high protein and lots of milk, he slept more. That is why there are so many guys who brutally heightmog their fathers by 4-5+ inches. The reason is because their genetic baseline + deviation has been stretched to its full potential. This potential lies in 90% of men but it's never utilized because you don't eat or sleep well enough.
I am a prime example of this. I am 5'8.5 (174), my father is 5'7, my mother is 5'1, now all of you who have been brainwashed into thinking the mainstream "height formula" is legitimate would think that i am lucky to even get to 5'8.5, you are wrong. Accounting for the 3 inch deviation, my peak potential height is 5'10.5 - 5'11 IF i had slept more than 3 hours a night and actually ate food, both areas i suffered immensely in. Sleeping 3 hours a night absolutely inhibits your growth, i never ate anything really, just some processed slop once a day. Parental neglect is a huge issue in manlets, i'd even wager 85% of manlets did ont reach their potential because their parents did not feed them well enough. I've talked to countless manlets and most of them always state they barely ate anything, they were skinny during puberty and little to no nutrition. No meat/high protein, no milk, etc. For me it was a double whammy because i also didn't get any real amount of sleep. The woes of being raised by a single mother and i'm also quite sure that most manlets are raised by single mothers or at the very least absent fathers who did not fulfill their role as a father.
So you guys need to stop the muh genetics cope. Yes if your father/mother are both very tall/above average, you will likely be tall. I am not refuting that, i am simply stating that most men now SHOULD reach 5'11 atleast if they sleep/eat well. If you're below 5'11, i'm sorry to say but your growth was stunted and you did not reach your full potential. Especially if you are white, if you're ethnic and below 5'10 then same applies, you were stunted. Also, don't fall for the "muh average is 5'9" cope that keeps getting peddled. The average for whites is 5'11, average for ethnics is now 5'10 in western countries and i'm not talking about the jeets who were imported here as adults and are 5'5, they don't count. If you're below 5'10/5'11, blame your parents for not fulfilling their role.
