if you are trying to maximize your looks/ physique nutrition timing is essential
ONLY eat carbs pre workout, minimum 80g
Try to focus on eating whole foods, for health indicators
eat high protein atleast .7g per pound of body weight
eat your final meal no later then 4 hours before you go to bed to prevent bloat and feeling like shit in the morning
 
Don’t forget fats too for hormones.

mostly correct but idk if you should be out here giving advice when its obvious you're a beginner
