Really good, lots of healthy fats, protein, veggies. Also gets you a lot of your micronutrients

Being “underweight” according to who? Everyone has a specific body composition that can ONLY be met through eating animal proteins and animal fats. If you eat carbohydrates with those other 2, or even carbs by themselves, you will never reach your genetic potential.

It doesn’t disprove the fact that mixing carbs, proteins, and fats will force your body to choose a fuel source over the other. You can’t have both at the same time. Therefor, the carbohydrates will be sent into the bloodstream.

Tomatoes are shit just eat a kiwi or two to replace it next time, or eat cucumbers instead without the seeds or skin

bacon not nutrient dense AT ALL replace with ground beef or steak or smth
 
there is a shit ton of evidence that fruit is healthy. Literally just search it up.
“Just search it up” isn’t valid, empirical science. Show me one long term experiment on humans locked inside of a lab which were observed at each meal of only eating fruit. I’ll wait.
