I run at least 15 Miles a week but I have hit a platou and I feel like I should be shredded atp after doing it since the start of the year but my stomach cant seem to burn as quick as I would want it to. I avoid sugars and if I do I only pour 1 spoon of sugar on water when I feel my sugar run low which is sometimes 2 times a week.
Do I really need to do ab workouts as well? I am slowly building my abs with situps but not by a lot should I start going all out for this exercise as well?
