I run at least 15 Miles a week but I have hit a platou and I feel like I should be shredded atp after doing it since the start of the year but my stomach cant seem to burn as quick as I would want it to. I avoid sugars and if I do I only pour 1 spoon of sugar on water when I feel my sugar run low which is sometimes 2 times a week.

Do I really need to do ab workouts as well? I am slowly building my abs with situps but not by a lot should I start going all out for this exercise as well?

You are an actual retard if you seriously run 15 miles a week. Running in general is one of the worst things you could do. It damages your joints and it is constant stress, your gonna create unbearable eyebags and wrinkles in your face. Not to mention how bad it ages you.
If you seriously want to loose weight just eat naturally/ primal however you want to call it. And if your a pussy and wont eat raw meat then just try the Paul Saladino diet and dont work out in any way you will loose weight over time by itself

Yea a ton of ppl say this but I forgot to mention I got an olyptical at home so I dont feel nothing from my joints
