Nvidia drivers installed on my new linux pc seamlessly

Cpu usage at a constant 2-20%, never above 30
GPU thread rips hard

Can't imagine using windows. Ram at 50% usage idling, cpu at 60% because anti malware that does fuck all is deciding to hog it. Despite GPU drivers specifically made for windows, game still runs 20fps less. How do you guys cooope?

also I have moved away from systemd distros I only use gentoo openrc and artix openrc

yeah they have improved alot in the recent years especially if you have a newer card but in the past they used to be problematic

5070 i5 14600k 32gb

yeah they have improved alot in the recent years especially if you have a newer card but in the past they used to be problematic

the only problems i had in the past was when i used the pc for over 2 hours, and then i opened a game, for some reason it would use my cpu's integrated graphics and not my dedicated gpu
id have to keep pc's gpu always on instead of utilizing my cpu's graphics card
though thats no longer an issue

went back to xfce
though i really like a few gnome apps like gnome disks, which i use alot
