What are my options now?

Can I reverse the hairloss where it's thinning and settle with a NW1 or is it possible to reverse back to NW0 if I act now?

Can I dermastamp, use minox, and red light to get this back?

You’ve been here since 2018, how did you allow it to get this bad.

Also are you that Russian youtuber that films animals fighting

try fin, see how you react. Add in minox if you then want more regrowth. RU is another option but not as convenient and worse safety profile.

I didn't notice the thinning in mirrors but it shows in pictures where the NW3 outline is impossible to miss. I didn't really care about NW1 but I screwed up by being lazy and not acting sooner to make sure it didn't fall back more.

If your temples are still holding strong, you're lucky. Thinning is easiest to solve, so many ways to go about it.
Temple regrowth is the biggest best to conquer.

What do you mean by holding strong, you mean above the temples right?

Also I got clusters of greys on my temples now. The oldcel is hitting me now over the last year mid 30's is hitting my hair hard.

I mean that your temples haven't recessed much.

Could dunking my scalp into a bucket of ice water help by boosting circulation to the scalp?

If you have diffuse thinning you should get bloodwork, some of the hair loss could more nutritionally based.

For general MPD/hairline recession you should consider taking fin (microdose to start) and defintiely derma stamp/red light if you can.

*In the mean time to improve scalp elasticity/blood flow get a good boar bristle brush depending on your hair type*

-For coarse/thick hair texture:
Boarbristle1

-Fine/thin hair texture:
Bamboo hairbrush front

  • Expect to see any improvements in hair density/quality in at least one shed cycle.
  • Scalp massaging with brushes will release excess sebum/dandruff in your scalp so beware of that.
  • Cop some keto shampoo to reduce flakes and remove any fungal related issues.

The eppley wraparound shotgun implant.

Jk, jk.

Sounds like what I have been experienced, about 2 months ago I was convinced I would be NW3 from an almost good NW1.

As soon as I realized I started taking 1mg fin a day, min and dermaneedling. It has been a month and a half and it looks like I'm basically going to regrow back ALL the thinning areas, and maybe then some back into a good square NW1. Obviously I am not a doctor and I am not personally telling you to do any of these, but the advice I will give is to act quickly if you truly think your hair is going to go.

What vitamins or elements should I look for in my blood test?

First identify/confirm if it's temporary shedding or Androgenetic Alopecia

Thanks for the information, I have not done this test yet and I do not think it is necessary to do it in my case, since my hairline is NW1 and it has remained exactly the same in the last year.

My problem is that I have a little diffuse thinning in the area of my hairline, it is just a little not serious but it looks unsightly due to the area where it is occurring.

Because it is showing up in the hair area, it can give the appearance that I am Nordwooding because the lights make my hair appear even thinner.

The rest of my head is 100% healthy and strong, I have no symptoms of baldness and I have a lot of hair.

What do you recommend me?
