NW3 at 17 what now?

Per title, I'm rapidly going off the reapers slope at Norwood 2.5 going into 3.

I'm on accutane and can already suspect this as one of the causes besides family AGA history. However, acne is too severe to consider stopping at this point.
I'm thinking on the following stack just until I can get ahold of finasteride once 18-19.

5% Topical Minoxidil
Ketoconazole Shampoo
0,025% Tretinoin (Once off accutane)
Fluridil/Alfatradiol

Aside from these, I'm out of ideas on how I can continue halting deaths sickle, he's mowing through my scalp.

accutane doesn't cause balding it just shortens the lifespan of your hair follicles while ur on it, hence why u get shedding

get bloodwork, check your test, e2 and dht, if you have low e2 run test to raise e2 and nuke your DHT with dut. and add a topical anti androgen if you want to blast test

Will very likely do this. Still going to try and cope my way out with minox and dandruff shampoo just until next year when I can properly get fin and puberty will hopefully be over, 6'0 anyway so fuck my bones its enough

you likely have a bit of growth potential left as you're probably low e2 if you're suffering this much from hair loss. it's not guaranteed but its possible especially if you're skin is also low quality. get bloodwork first to see what test dose you could run without an AI and also get growth hormone

like my skin looks significantly better after i got on test and i used to have extremely bad acne scarring as a natty but its like 95% gone. higher e2 (and lower dht from 5ARIs) will always help with collagen synthesis for hair/skin
