I have only one property that is a significantly black urban area, it is also the only property I have a loan on. I would have sold it years ago but I have an FHA ARM on it, 1 year T bill + 2%. I wish they would burn it down, it is insured for far more than it is actually worth.

Where have you been? Burning down businesses in Minneapolis? Organizing Dodge ball games in the Republic of Chad? Whitemanbadding young white girls in Philadelphia?

Looks like everyone wants Minneapolis to defund the police, everybody on the left, and everybody on the right.

your net worth must be higher than i thought then, must be solid eight figures, i thought you were still dabbling in the sub-$10m level

new york is going to be less safe, crime will eventually reach the nicer areas, if it does, property values will tank. some people think new york is somehow special, or impervious to downturns (black swan theory). new york's market is anchored by massive real estate holdings owned by bilionaires and other wealthy people, that's why 50% of condos are just empty. if they ever decide to ditch new york, it will become unrecognizable

also recent events really play in trump's favor. just when he was pretty much done for, covid was the nail in the coffin, riots made him look like he is the defender of civility and justice. just more proof that we live in a clown world. don't underestimate the effect of the violent imagery of riots on the average non-ethnik voter. when i saw the first pieces of footage i knew trump had gotten himself re-elected, while dems are now caught in an endless cycle of appeasement and pandering and guilt that has no end in sight. make no mistake, a lot of the people who openly support the protests will secretly vote for trump. it is how he won the first time, and i think as of now he's poised to win again

and i've been posting more on lookism, it's more of a true psl forum

It is Between 5.5 and 6.0 million. You are probably making inaccurate assumptions as to where I own. I own property in 5 suburbanish metro areas of 4 States.

Just 6 weeks or so ago you derided me when I said NYC real estate was going to tank. But yea, things changed. It is a triple plus wammy now. 1. The realization that living in a super dense city makes you hyper susceptible to viral outbreaks. 2. All the businesses that closed due to Covid that will probably not come back. 3. The realization the Mayor is a tall tyrant. 4. All businesses that will not come back due to the rioting. 5. The realization that Central Park is easily traversed, and that many of the black people you see on the street really do want to rob you, and the police will not do much to deter them. 6. The realization the Mayor will tell the police to stand down and let the city burn to advance his political will.

Yes Preference falsification.

oh ok i thought you owned rentals in manhattan only. still six mil is no small feat, you can insulate yourself from pretty much any disturbances if you manage it right

are you considering a move to fl then

i don't know where you own, but i can tell you the gulf area is quite nice
