I've been trying to make a homemade mass gainer, which consists of blending oats, olive oil, banana, peanut butter, almond milk/milk.

After 2 weeks, I started getting extremely fatigue and tired, and unable to open eyes fully. Read oats have melatonin in it or something? And olive oil lower blood sugar levels?

Not sure what's the culprit, but what are other alternatives to mass gain for easy cheap smoothies/milkshakes blend?

Just consume them before you sleep, eating oats before bed instead of in the morning changed my life

Probably milk. I quitted milk and I don't feel sleepy

10% fat yoghurt, peanut butter, nuts, berries, whole milk, oats, honey
looks good but try to add raw milk instead of whole milk from the supermarket, raw milk has a lot of fat which is a great energy source

10% fat yoghurt, peanut butter, nuts, berries, whole milk, oats, honey
blueberries also act as a natural aromatase inhibitor

disgusting poison cocktail
