Is it over? I'm like 30% bf (very rough estimate) at 170lbs I've been working out for 2 and a half years and I'm fucking 5.5feet tall

What deficit should I go in?

Forget about doing it naturally. You don’t have the willpower for that. Take GLP-1 agonist drugs to control your appetite.

My diet is eggs milk red meat fruit and chicken 😭 I eat healthy just been eating in a surplus for a while

I don't know why you're so pressed over a comment

Get on GLP-1 agonists, lift hard, eat protein and you won’t lose much muscle cutting.

I cut before I started weight training and before for wrestling. I've never been over 30% and my lowest (recently) has been probably 12-15ish

I don’t understand the point of this thread or what you’re trying to say. 12 prevent is ideal. Stay at that bodyweight and cut to 10 percent in the summer

Im wondering what deficit I should go for to not lose muscle, and also to complain lowkey

Also cronometwr estimates I'm at 30% bodyfat without muscle so I have to be lower considering I also take crwatine

Bulking I started at 115lbs 5'5 now I'm 170
Then you know the reason why. I wouldn't worry that much if you know about bulking and cutting, and now you're obese. You're going to lose it easily if you decide to cut.

5'5 at 16 not over, look at your family members, if they are taller than that, probably not over as you're still going to grow. If they are shorter than that, then probably you're going to be a little bit taller
