"Objective" Attractiveness =/= Attraction

Kind of a water thread if you're decently smart but people don't talk about this enough. Just because you're highly rated on this forum or by "objective" measures doesn't mean you have high appeal.

For example, there can be a "golden retriever boy", a 6/10 HTN white kid with long blonde hair versus a 7.5/10 medi chadlite with a chiseled jaw and hunter eyes.

Many times girls will flock to the golden retriever boy because they like him more and he appeals to them more despite "objectively" having worse features. I've always considered giving a rating and then a subrating for appeal.

For example, Sean O'Pry I'd give a 10/10 with low appeal (that is compared to other 10/10s he would relatively have less appeal due to more alien look). While someone like Jason Morgan I'd give a 10/10 with a high appeal rating as he has amazing features and is approachable and has "real appeal". Another example would be I'd give Keith Powers an 8/10 with very high appeal.

Just because you're high PSL or whatever doesn't mean girls will actually like you. MUH hunter eyes / hollow cheeks.

These things are pseudoscience. The only ratings that actually matter are as follow: highly unattractive, unattractive, dead average, above average, attractive, highly attractive. PSL ratings are just an estimation of a person's physical attractiveness, but they don't tell the whole story. In the end, it all comes down to how women respond to you. If they respond well, you're attractive enough in their eyes. Physical attractiveness can't be as accurately measured as height or weight, so the best we can do is estimate based on comparisons and scales, which are prone to errors.

True. Women have different niches. One prefers prettyboys, one prefers a bit more masc, one prefers something in the middle etc.
It's impossible to appeal to 100% of women even if you are a top model.

I've been saying this for as long as I've been here: The PSL scale is completely autistic and worthless. This fixation and almost worship of model-esque features has no connection with reality. It seems like anyone who starts using the PSL scale becomes more and more distant from reality.
