Other than otoplasty and getting better colouring ,there’s no surgery I can think of because u don’t have any major flaws which would require surgeries as ur features are good but not top tier so performing surgeries would be pointless and could possibly botch u surgeiris should only be performed when there is a really noticeable flaw
