OBO is inevitable or canthoplasty may be enough?

So yeah, i have a genetically wide temporal plane angle and small close set eyes, which completely ruins my midface ratio, esr, ipd, angles and so on
When i cover my temples and zygos with hair, my face looks not so much subhuman, but i still hate the way it looks
As you can see my ipd and icd are not that bad, but only because of the fact that i have small pfl and the eyes size generally.
I also think to install the marpe, because my maxilla is strongly recessed and i struggle to breathe through my nose, but if i do this, i guess my esr will be destroyed.
So i’m completely confused and i don’t know what to do rn.
The OBO sounds very risky and is not performed often, but maybe, when i’ll be 18-19 the situation will change.
Maybe MARPE + lateral canthoplasty would be ok and OBO is not necessary?

no one is performing an obo on you and the problem aint that deep if you can fake it out with your hair, still give marpe and the cantho a try tho

what else can i do? i mean i think that generally my mfr and esr are the things that keep me from getting to htn or at least lhtn

U don’t even have to worry tho cuz u can jus hide sides of ur head w hair n doesn’t look that bad anyway
