Super interested about your thoughts on this, because I myself have normal ICD but low end IPD, what would the play here be? Just a tripod osteotomy? Thanks

We can augment the MOW and do tripod or LOW decompression to lateralize the globe in the orbit.

You can set a up a consult in DMs.

Awesome. I’m guessing the latter will also expand and increase the bizygomatic width? From what I know the classic tripod case will expand everything but mostly PFL and IPD

In this case I’m guessing MOW augmentation would be the way since the sole purpose would be to increase ESR , PFL and IPD and leave cheekbone with the same, if thats even possible
