Obo isnt a real solution aesthetically. You can’t get a surgeon to actually preform that on you unless you’ve got serious deformities. As in physically disabled.

It’s too many risks, it’s so invasive and like you not only need a cosmetic surgeron but a neurosurgeon, and it costs too much.
