[Observation] Reaching three months after a hair transpant

Had about 2.5-3K grafts back in September, 2.5 months ago. Was FUE, reputable clinic in the EU. Focused temples and some frontal area strengthening. Crown, temporal peaks and whatnot else are decent and didn't require anything else

Ugly duckling phase is not a meme. I feel like fucking shit now. In addition to not cutting the hair for almost 3 months (and it was a shit haircut back then in the clinic, although it was 0/bald) there's a bit of shock loss which is only now being returned back to life. I'm 25 and was noted to experience quick recovery (scrubs gone day 5 instead of usual 10), can't imagine how older folks feel when they need to suffer for longer

The good thing is that I'm pushing myself to be more gangster, as if I give up I will need to wait for 3-6 months until I start looking decent and people will accept me

This is a good opportunity to grow. It's like building muscles with all the fat and then getting rid of fat

But yeah I look like shit now since no haircut for 3 months, shock loss recovery and uneven growth (both sides and in contrast to untouched area)

FUCKING WORTH IT can't wait to see results but it's a little suffer if you will not find solo activities to do by then until you recover

BTW anyone with HT exp managed to slay in first couple of months?

I was estimated NW 3 on here, NW 2.5 on specialized forums and NW 2.5 by the specialist. Had about 2700-2800 grafts, dense packing. No issues with crown though

Latest pic is from circa 20th Nov (2.5 weeks ago - 2 month post OP then), since I stopped checking the progress frequently. You can see my approx old and new hairlines



Most work was temples, front had very slight touch-up. From sides it might not seem much but from front prev bald spots on temples were huge. About 1125 grafts per temple (2250 hairs)
