in modern turkey and dubai they stunn the cow or animal first,
but in giga hala country like in rural pakistan they cut the throat while they awake,
i am not sure if cow doesnt feel any pain by just cutting the throat,becoz they have second nerves connected to brain via spinal cord bone

i am not that educated about this,but i bet its tasty the halal way,more satisfying

I dont know much tbh but the way that animals are unconscious was something about them having low pressure due to cut throat
