can we talk about how most world champions, Olympic champions ecc are so obsessed that they put they’re body under a pressure that would kill anyone.
Let’s take for example: Michael Phelps (23 times gold medalist) who followed a diet of 10k calories a day, 6 hours of training a day, swimming nearly 80km a week, slept in an altitude chamber to maximize his performance all this every single day for 5 years, there is nothing unusual in his body except his will of winning.

a lot of them r also obbsessed with it bc they were given positive affirmation that they were talented as soon as they started doing it
