Why would god give me a life of suffering where I was mocked and ridiculed for the way I looked and acted, into permanent isolation

Making me genetically predisposed to all this while there are nt slayers who just got born lucky and live happy lives while I live in misery

And I have it good, what about the kids born in Palestine getting bombed or women there getting gang raped by the idf

I used to be hella religious too but this world is so cruel to me, I still believe in god but honestly i don’t see him as the benevolent deity everyone claims he is anymore.
