Horrible high task demand in order to satisfy your retard brain. It makes specific tasks like (personally) plucking your eyebrow hairs hard because of the horrible tension you feel between the tweezers and your eyeball. It is the worst thing on this planet and i pray for those who have it way worse than i do

I’m blessed enough to still be able to live relatively comfortably but having this genuinely makes the daily life a bit trickier. Especially when it’s during tasks that require focus and during bed time.

i get that, just try and work your way around some things to make it as easy as possible for you, but i do get it i have a friend with ocd

Because i haven’t been diagnosed. And i know that might sound faulty, but i have done extensive research and spoke about it with my psychiatrist and she agreed. We never got to the diagnosis process, even for other stuff as well. The reason as to why is because i kinda just gave up on it. Despite it disrupting mundane daily tasks i’ve learned to live with it. Like i implied in my initial post, i don’t have it severely, hence why i pray for those who do experience it way worse.
